This partnership with select local real estate professionals will allow us both to do what we do best. We’ll be tapping into our partner’s expertise in resale, while we’ll continue our focus on selling new homes – benefiting our buyers and sellers at the same time.
We will be referring CBH Homes’ prospects who need to sell their current home in order to buy a new CBH Home to our Preferred REALTORS® partners. Our Preferred partners will then use their resale knowledge to develop customized marketing plans suited for each individual’s situation, and to help sellers sell their home in a reasonable amount of time.
