Q – Who is the listing agent at CBH?

A – CBH Sales and Marketing, Inc. is the exclusive listing agent for CBH Homes in the Treasure Valley. Ronda Conger, the Vice President of CBH Homes, also serves as our Broker and each of our five Square One centers has a team of Community Specialists to assist you.

Q – Do you work with outside Brokers?

A – We heart outside Brokers! In fact, our exclusive Club Red program rewards Realtors for all the hard work they do, while making their job a little easier too.

Q - How do I join Club Red?

A – Once you close on your first CBH Home you will automatically become a member of our Club Red program. Once you’re a member you’ll receive a welcome packet and begin to accumulate valuable points that you can redeem for travel vouchers, TVs, spa packages, and much, much more.

Q – When will my commission be paid?

A – At the close of escrow. Commission on build jobs and spec homes will be paid upon the successful closing of a CBH home and will be paid on accepted contract purchase price excluding, but not limited to, seller paid closing costs, upgrades, add-ons, promotions, VA fees and/or seller concessions.

Q – What Purchase and Sale Agreement do you use?

A – Because of the unique processes and disclosures required when purchasing a CBH home, CBH has an exclusive Purchase and Sale Agreement approved by the Idaho Real Estate Commission.

Q – How do I get a copy of your Purchase & Sale Agreement?

A – Any of our Square One centers are happy to share a copy of our contract with you either in person or via email. We would also love to explain to you our contract and the steps of building a CBH home so that you can prevent surprises or misunderstandings with your homebuyers. When you and your homebuyers are ready to fill out a contract, let us know - we will fill it out for you!

Q – How do I register my homebuyers with you?

A – Our onsite Square One team will be happy to register your homebuyers when you visit our Square One centers, or call ahead to let us know that your homebuyers will be visiting without you and we will take care of them for you!

Q – How much involvement in the process do I have once the contract is written?

A – You decide! As an agent for your homebuyers, we know that you will protect their best interests during the construction process. That being said, CBH Square One teams are dedicated to ensure that your valuable time as a Realtor can be focused on your next home sale – not overseeing the jobsite!
