  1. My sprinklers won’t turn on. There is no water coming out!

    The pressurized irrigation to the communities has been turned off for the season. And don’t forget to blow out your sprinklers!

  2. My outside lights are not working!

    Have you tried to change your light bulbs? And have you cleaned off the sensor?

  3. My (kitchen/bathroom/garage/living room) outlets are not working!

    Have you checked the breaker out in the garage to make sure it did not get tripped on accident? Also, have you checked the GFI on one of the outlets to make sure it was not tripped? There is a video on this page that will show you how to check the GFI’s on the outlets. 

  4. My yard is flooding! I think the grading was done wrong!

    How often are you watering? How often is your neighbor watering? This could be an overwatering issue. Try talking to your neighbors about watering times and make sure you both are not over watering. If you both turn down your watering times and it still is flooding, let us know and we will look into it for you!

  5. My sprinklers are not covering my entire yard! Some parts are dying!

    Try to adjust the sprinkler heads for the coverage. There is a video on this page that will show you how to adjust sprinkler heads. 

  6. My water is way too hot in my house.

    Have you adjusted your water heater? There is a video on this page that will show you how to adjust your water heater. 

  7. My water pressure for my sprinklers very low!

    Have you cleaned out the filters on the sprinkler heads?

  8. My (dishwasher/stove/microwave) appliance is not working properly!

  9. My garage door won’t open/shut…or it goes half way up/down and then goes back up/down?

    Try checking your sensors to make sure they care lined up and nothing is blocking them. Also make sure nothing is in the way of the door to stop it!
