Warranty Request

We're dedicated to building great homes AND great relationships. That's why we've created our New Home Orientation and Warranty Program. For more details on this program, you may download our Warranty Manual (PDF). Nearly all warranty requests should be handled at either your "60-day check-in" or "one-year warranty review" that are part of this program. This form allows you to submit your request in advance of those appointments.

If you have an emergency request, you can submit that here, too. But please remember, an emergency request only includes items that cannot safely wait for your "60-day check-in" or "one-year warranty review." Have questions? Please see your warranty manual. Our CBH experience was a bit overwhelming only because we were treading new and unfamiliar waters. However, all hands involved played a major part in ensuing our experience was the best it could be.     *Note: If you do not have an email address, please print this page and visit a SQUARE ONE Location to assist you in faxing your request to the CBH Homes Warranty Department.

  • I understand that repairs are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and that a responsible adult (over the age of 18) must be present during these times. No keys will be accepted by the Customer Service Department.
