You've found the house. Now you need to pay for it. Next, you'll begin the CBH Home Loans process. During the prequalification stage, your mortgage planner will evaluate your financial situation and current credit status. This is to make sure you're entering into a financial situation that's right for you, today and tomorrow. With over 15 years in the home building business, CBH has found that many people can't get into the home they desire immediately. But, it's not the end of the world. Usually with a small amount of guidance and leadership they can have the exact home they want, on the terms they need. This is where the CBH OPEN DOOR CLUB comes in.

Opening The Door To Your Future

  1. First, pick your home with a CBH Homes Community Specialist and work with a CBH Homes Loans Mortgage Planner.
  2. CBH Home Loans will arrange for a meeting between you and the credit repair company.
  3. The CBH team will maintain a monthly dialogue with you (as well as the credit repair company) to check on the status.
  4. CBH Home Loans will alert you once your financial situation and credit status allow for the best loan for you.
  5. CBH Homes will pay for the cost of your credit repair (up to $2000) upon closing.*

Getting started is easy. We will be your source for confidential credit repair and consulting while you work toward owning your home. When you arrive for your initial meeting with your credit consultant, bring clear and legible copies of the following:

  • Driver's License or State I.D.
  • Social Security Card or W-2
  • Current utility bill with current addresses (i.e. phone, gas, electric, water, sewer)
