CBH Homes has built nearly 8,000 homes in the Treasure Valley. We were founded in 1992 by Boise native, Corey Barton who has grown a one-man business operating out of a pick-up truck in to Idaho’s largest, and most respected, homebuilder.

We offer workable mortgages through CBH Home Loans. We’ve built multiple Square One locations in some of our communities where interested buyers can learn about and tour our homes in a no-pressure environment.
Our home prices start in the low $100s and extend to the upper $300s. And with CBH Homes buyers can live in one of over 35 communities located throughout the Treasure Valley.
We give back. Each spring we’re the title sponsor of the Idaho MS Walks, an event that helps the national MS Society fund research and services for people with multiple sclerosis. We work closely with the Children’s Home Society of Idaho’s Bridge Program by providing workable arrangements of new homes for foster care children. And every winter we support Cozy Kids, a program designed to help needy children get winter coats and clothing.
